职位描述

1.负责化学项目团队的交付成果，包括目标、时间表、文献审查和资源规划 2.根据结构活性关系 (SAR) 设计、合成和评估化合物 3.发现并解决合成和药物化学问题，推动项目进展 4.以口头和书面形式进行有效沟通；就项目状态、挑战和行动项目主动与团队、客户和主管联系 5.与内部和外部的生物学和 DMPK 科学家密切互动 Responsibilities： 1.Accountable for the deliverables of the chemistry project team, including objectives, timelines, literature review, and resource planning 2.Design, synthesize, and evaluate compounds based on Structure Activity Relationship (SAR) 3.Identify and solve synthetic and medicinal chemistry problems to advance the projects 4.Communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms; Proactive engage the team, the client and the supervisor with regards to the project status, challenges, and action items 5.Interact closely with Biology and DMPK scientists both internally and externally

任职要求

1.有机化学、药物化学、材料合成或其他相关学科的博士学位；有行业经验者优先； 2.对合成有机化学/药物化学有透彻的了解，在有机合成、色谱纯化方法以及使用现代分析技术（核磁共振、质谱、高效液相色谱等）进行化合物表征方面具有丰富的专业知识 3.通过发表论文和申请专利，在科研方面取得了显著成绩 4.具有团队合作精神，展现出领导潜力 5.具有强烈的责任感和职业道德 6.能够在快节奏的环境和/或复杂的情况下做出合理的判断 7.出色的中英文口头和书面交流能力 Qualifications： 1.Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Materials Synthesis or other related disciplines; industry exposure is preferred; 2.Thorough knowledge of synthetic organic/medicinal chemistry, demonstrated expertise in organic synthesis, chromatographic purification methods, and compound characterization using modern analytical techniques (NMR, MS, HPLC, etc.) 3.A proven track record of scientific achievement through publications and patents 4.Demonstrated leadership potential with teamwork spirits 5.Show a strong sense of responsibility and work ethic 6.Able to make reasonable judgment in a fast-paced environment and/or under complex circumstances 7.Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Mandarin Chinese
